Mason Girls Swimming Continues Trek of Excellence, Wins 11th Consecutive GMC Title

The Mason Comet girls swimming dominance in the GMC was very evident in the conference championships. The Comet swimmers won every single swimming event and only Elizabeth Cron's (Oak Hills) fourth consecutive GMC diving title kept them from sweeping the entire event. It was obvious from the team scores that this meet was a "swim away" from the beginning.  Team scores were: Mason 683, Lakota West 387, Sycamore 327, Lakota East 205.5, Oak Hills 160.5, Colerain 130, Fairfield 118, Princeton 64, Hamilton 40.

In a vote by the GMC head coaches, Allison Bloebaum from the Mason Comets was selected as the GMC Swimmer of the Year.
