Fairfield's Zach Shupp Earns State Wrestling Title at 106

After an entire year of digesting a runner-up OHSAA finish in 2017, Zach Shupp stormed into the 2018 OHSAA State Championships like a "man on a mission". As the last whistle sounded in Shupp's finals match, consider this venture to the state championship as "Mission Accomplished"! With a final career total of 90 pins and and an overall record of 151- -15.  Zach Shupp was a three time state placer 6th place in 2016, 2nd place in 2017 ans state champion in 2018.  His additional wrestling honors include: 4 time GMC Champion, GMC Wrestler of the Year, 2 time SW District Champion, 4 time State qualifier, 3 time state placer, 4th at Flonationals, 4 year letterman in soccer and 2 years in baseball.

Future college plans include Central Michigan University.
